These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ultimate Snake ("Game", "Service", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using Ultimate Snake, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You may use Ultimate Snake only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the age required to enter into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

2. The Game

Ultimate Snake is an online multiplayer game in which players control snakes and compete against other players or game-controlled opponents.

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features of the Game at any time. Game mechanics, maps, scoring systems, rankings, rewards, and other features may change as the Service evolves.

3. Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed through your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and must not impersonate another person or organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate game mechanics
• Use bots, scripts, macros, or unauthorized automation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Attack, overload, or interfere with our servers
• Reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law
• Distribute malware or malicious code
• Use the Game for unlawful activities
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Impersonate other players, employees, or organizations

• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or rankings
• Exploit glitches or vulnerabilities for an unfair advantage

5. Multiplayer Gameplay

Multiplayer games may involve interaction with other users. Player behavior is not completely controlled by us, and we cannot guarantee that every player will behave appropriately.

We may investigate reports of cheating, harassment, abuse, or other violations and may take action against accounts when appropriate.

6. User Content

If the Game allows you to submit usernames, messages, images, comments, or other content ("User Content"), you remain responsible for that content.

You must not submit content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and process that content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

Ultimate Snake and its software, design, graphics, logos, artwork, game mechanics, text, audio, and other materials are owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without our prior written permission, except where such use is permitted by applicable law.

8. Virtual Items and Rewards

If the Game provides virtual points, coins, rankings, skins, cosmetics, rewards, or other virtual items, these have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.

Virtual items are not transferable or redeemable for real-world currency unless explicitly permitted by the Service.

We may modify or remove virtual items, rewards, or game balances when reasonably necessary to operate the Service, prevent abuse, or maintain game balance.

9. Payments

If paid features are introduced, prices and applicable terms will be presented before purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their respective terms and privacy policies may also apply.

Any applicable cancellation and refund rights will be handled according to applicable law and the terms presented at the time of purchase.

10. Availability

We aim to keep Ultimate Snake available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in cheating or abuse, create security risks, or otherwise misuse the Service.

We may also discontinue the Game or any part of the Service at any time, subject to applicable legal requirements.

12. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Game will meet every player's expectations or that the Service will always operate without interruptions or errors.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of Ultimate Snake after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction governing the operator of Ultimate Snake, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
